FVCC Offers Classes for New and Existing Business Owners

The Flathead Valley Community College Continuing Education Center is offering a three-part non-credit Business Necessities series, “The Top 3 Tools to Determine Viability of Your Business,” for new and existing business owners in October.  The tools covered will include business plan, marketing plan and cash flow. 

On October 4, Jeff Knutson will instruct how to develop an effective strategic business plan to improve strategic decision making.  On October 11, Michele Reese, president of Beargrass Marketing, will show participants how to use creative, practical and realistic marketing tools to affordably and consistently deliver bottom line results for their businesses.  And on October 18, Chris Parson will take participants through the development of a tool to produce profitable cash flow.

Presented in partnership with the Northwest Montana Small Business Development Center, the sessions will take place from 5 to 7 p.m.  The cost to attend is $30 per session or $75 for the entire series.
